Elite Downhill Pipeline
The Elite Downhill Pipeline Program is only available for Arkansas Elite graduates that have been in the field for at least one year. The Downhill course is only offered when pipeline work is available. Typically, when oil and gas prices are low, Arkansas Elite does not offer this course.
